Tami Lines, PT PRPC WHC

I am a graduate of California State University Sacramento and have been practicing physical therapy for over 20 years.  Besides my extensive background in orthopedic physical therapy, I have an advanced specialty certification as a Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner.

I have specialized in pelvic health physical therapy for the past fifteen years, working with women in the Napa Valley area of California.

Additionally, I have a certification from the Integrative Women’s Health Institute in women’s health coaching which enables me to empower women seeking a more holistic approach to health.

I love walking by my clients side as they step into their next level of health and wellbeing!

I am passionate about the importance of pelvic health and believe in providing my clients with the best evidence-based care available.

When I’m not seeing clients or coaching, I enjoy family time with my husband and two kids.  I also enjoy hiking around Napa, camping at Lake Tahoe, redecorating my house, encaustics painting and spending time with my beloved dog Rosie.

I always get asked...

WHY did you choose to be in this line of work?

And WHY haven’t I heard about this type of physical therapy before?

Testimonials

You have taught me so much; “not to give up”, and “yes I can do this”.  You gave me the strength to move forward in my life and I am grateful and thankful you were there to see me through this.
